We are looking for a professional Real Estate agent to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers. Real estate agent responsibilities include marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. Responsibilities:

· To liaise with clients in order to determine and meet their property sales, purchase and rental requirements

· Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.

· Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.

· To network in order to source new leads; to find clients to sell/lease their properties

· Create lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.

· Show properties to potential buyers and renters.

· Present purchase offers to sellers.

· Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.

· Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.

· Promote properties with ads, listings, and open houses.

· Prepare loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds and other documents for each real estate transaction.

· To establish and build effective, positive and professional working relationships with internal and external clients, developers and regulators.

· Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, Exhibitions, road shows and listing services remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practice.

· Eligibility and Preference:

· Candidates should be assertive with a passion for sales and excellent customer service

· Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson

· Proven track of successful sales record

· Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills

· Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills

· Target Oriented

· Attention to Detail

· Strong interpersonal skills

· Growth oriented

· MS Office familiarity

· UAE Driving License is a Must

· Minimum 2 years of GCC Experience in Real Estate is a must

Education:

Graduate or completion of a real estate training program or college courses in real estate; postsecondary certificate and bachelor's degree programs in real estate are options.
