As a Property Consultant at our client's real estate agency, you will play a vital role in guiding clients through the buying, selling, and renting process of residential and commercial properties. Your primary responsibility will be to provide professional advice and personalized solutions that meet clients' real estate needs. A successful Property Consultant will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in-depth market knowledge, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth consultations with potential buyers, sellers, and renters to understand their specific requirements and preferences.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, follow-ups, and updates on market trends and opportunities.
Evaluate properties and gather all necessary information, including photos, legal documents, and property details.
Create and publish compelling property listings on various online and offline marketing channels, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns for property promotion.
Schedule and conduct property viewings, providing clients with a comprehensive understanding of the property's features, benefits, and potential.
Assist clients in making informed decisions by providing expert advice on property value, market trends, and legal requirements.
Negotiate terms and conditions between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants, ensuring a fair deal for all parties.

Monitor the progress of transactions and ensure a smooth and timely closing, addressing any issues that may arise.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and local real estate market conditions to provide clients with accurate and relevant information.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand your professional network and generate new business opportunities.
Continuously improve your knowledge and skills through ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications and Skills:

A valid real estate agent or broker's license, as required by local regulations.
Proven experience in real estate sales, property management, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
