Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Managing Director to lead us.
Secondary Market and Off Plan team. The candidate should have a solid background in real estate management.

The ideal candidate should be passionate, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers along with the aspects mentioned below:

· Expertise in real estate industry with proven experience of 5 years
· Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems
· Maintain contact with clients to have opening to discuss future business prospects
· Participate in seminars, conferences, and events to improve on existing job knowledge and expand personal network.
· Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth in both secondary and off plan market, focusing on both individual and team performance.
· Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders to promote our services and generate new business opportunities.
· Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the real estate industry, specifically within the Dubai market.
· Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract potential clients.
· Monitor and analyze team performance, sales activity, and market trends, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
· Stay updated with industry regulations, market conditions, and competitors' activities to ensure our services remain competitive and compliant.

Salary Monthly: 10,000 to 15,000 AED + Company Visa + Health Insurance + Ticket
