Job Description:
As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for representing buyers, sellers, and investors in their real estate transactions. Your primary objective will be to identify and match clients with properties that best suit their needs and preferences. Your duties will include:
Building and maintaining a client database through networking, calling, referrals, and prospecting.
Conducting property showings and hosting open houses to attract potential buyers.
Assisting clients with property valuation, negotiation, and closing processes.
Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
Collaborating with colleagues and brokers to leverage market knowledge and expand business opportunities.
Staying up-to-date with local and international real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices.
Meeting and exceeding sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the agency.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a real estate agent, preferably in the Dubai market.
Deep understanding of the local real estate industry, market trends, and legal regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and customer service orientation.
Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in English and another language
Valid UAE driving license.
