Role Description

This is a full-time Real Estate Specialist (Primary & Secondary Market) role that is on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for assessing and understanding real estate client needs, properties, and providing professional insights to internal and external stakeholders. The role requires the Real Estate Specialist to develop a deep understanding of the local property market, identifying new business opportunities and establishing client relationships.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or any other related field
3+ years of experience in the real estate industry, with extensive knowledge in the primary and secondary market in Dubai
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects
Ability to build strong client relationships and maintain a positive attitude
Fluency in English is required, while proficiency in other languages is a plus
UAE driver's license is a plus
