- Starting by Identifying new property listing opportunities.
- Handling the sales process from all aspects to ensure closing the deals.
- Managing investors portfolios for existing and new clients based on their investment goals and strategies.
- Arranging viewings and managing all the negotiation process to ensure closing the deals.
- To follow up and coordinate with all property owners after the listings process to expedite closing the deals.
- To be a market specialist, up to date and fully aware of the market from all aspects in order to provide and advise clients with the best investment opportunities accordingly.
- Prospecting and generating new leads through a variety of affective and efficient tools you will be provided.
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Extensive market analysis and strategies implementation based on current market change.
- Finding potential and future opportunities for business growth.

* Requirements :

- 1 years minimum experience in Dubai real estate market whether it was in off plan or secondary market. ( Secondary Market sales experience is an advantage )
- Experienced in selling properties of the top market developers ( EMAAR / MERAAS / Damac ) is essential. ( Speciality is an advantage ).
- Aggressive negotiator and closure.
- Strong personal skills, with a winning and can do attitude.
- Proven sales record.
- UAE driving licences.
