Real Estate Agent Required in Dubai

The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding prospective clients, understanding their criteria, and finding living spaces that fit these criteria. You will then negotiate rent and drive our buyers to close. Your entrepreneurial spirit will drive your success.

Responsibilities

Conducting market research to identify new potential clients and properties
Managing and maintaining a database of properties and clients
Handling negotiations and closing deals in a professional manner
Participating in all the training and the briefings scheduled for the team.
Stay up to date with the property market and new launches.
Advising clients on the buying, selling, and renting of properties based on their unique requirements
Providing excellent customer service from initial contact through to post-sale support
Follow-up with the clients/leads on a regular basis.
Update records on the CRM regularly and accurately.

Qualifications

Above 1 year of sales experience
Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Business level in English+ Native or Business level in French, Italian, German, Japanese, Russian, Chinese, Korean, Russian, Persian, or Spanish.
Self-driven, ambitious, and trustworthy.
Strong negotiator.
Ability to work independently with great dedication.
Computer literate (MS Office, Internet, CRM, etc.)
UAE driving license.

We will provide:

50%+ to 70% commission, attractive commission structure, and bonuses.
The employee will be entitled to 30 days of annual vacation plus all UAE national holidays, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day as per UAE labor law.
Employment visa provided by the company.
Assistance with RERA training course (license paid by the Agent).
support and Training in the office.
