Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Specialist. The Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for customer service, real estate development, sales, real property, and executing real estate transactions mainly with off-plan properties. The Real Estate Specialist must be client-focused, have a closer mentality, a drive for success while representing the client's interests, and be able to handle closing negotiations between buyers and sellers.

Qualifications

Real estate experience and knowledge
Customer service skills for high-end clientele
Real estate development skills
Sales and negotiation skills
Knowledge of real property/real estate regulations and laws
Proven closer mentality to achieve sales targets
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related fields
Experience in off-plan properties is a plus
Knowledge of local and international property market trends, laws and regulations is a plus
