Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant located in Dubai. The Property Consultant will be responsible for consulting clients, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. The Property Consultant will also be responsible for handling real estate transactions, negotiating contracts, and maintaining relationships with clients.
Qualifications

Excellent consulting skills along with strong communication and customer service skills
A proven record of successful sales experience is necessary
Extensive knowledge of the local real estate market and current real estate trends
Ability to work independently and produce results
Ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
Fluency in English or Arabic, or Persian or Urdu is required
