Sales Director

About you:

You will provide expert opinions, scrutiny, and recommendations to organizations or individuals, based on your own expertise. You will essentially be a fixer assisting a commercial or residential real estate buyers with their investment. Furthermore, you will be involved in showing properties as well as giving financial advice.

In this role you are required to:

Work with property owners, property managers, rental agents, and contractors to ensure that properties are properly maintained
Observe tenant relations, conducting routine inspections
Negotiate vendor contracts and purchase orders
Develop performance review tools

What you’d need to succeed:

Professional Drive
Obsession with the Real Estate Industry
A successful track record of at least 2 years in the industry in the UAE
Excellent communication in ENGLISH
Negotiation Skills
Commercial Acumen
Sales and customer service skills
Experience in leasing, marketing, and tenant/landlord representation

Nice to have:

Proficiency in other languages including:

Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Russian, Urdu or Hindi

What you must know:

This is a fully COMMISSION BASED role.
