Property Consultant Required in Dubai

Responsibilities:

· Finding, scouting, and identifying investors.

· Keeping in touch with clients via calls and emails

· Advertising, marketing, and promoting property vacancies to attract prospective tenants/buyers.

· Overseeing and handling negotiations with real estate agents and/or realtors on behalf of clients.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

· Professional

· Strong negotiation skills.

· Excellent customer service skills,

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Driving a License is an added advantage.

· Multilingual is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED 2,000.00 - AED 4,000.00 per month

Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

Real Estate Sales: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

Driving license (Preferred)

Ability to commute/relocate:

Al Barsha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
