Product Manager (Private Banking) Required in Dubai

Our client is a Category 3 DIFC Company( leading Banking domain) in UAE.

Experience: Minimum of 4+ years in product management (private banking/ Asset management/ wealth management/ private equity)

Responsibilities:

End to end ownership of a product lifecycle & roadmap. Analytical mind-set that makes data-informed decisions
Work with Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to ideate improvements that address company objectives. Build business cases, pitch ideas, and gain buy-in from stakeholders
Market analysis process for new products/services to determine customer needs, industry direction, competitive product and market positioning and overall product strategy
Evaluates new product/customization viability and builds recommendations of go or no-go decision for your product. Turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans
Help balance your products long-term roadmap by prioritising with its backlog of issues and bugs
Translates the user stories into specification, deliver product requirements to all stakeholders with a detailed PRD

Must have:

Experience on Client money, MF Products, fund Provider, IT work, RMS, External providers and Compliance.
Proven track record of shipping products to market on time
Must demonstrate superior business and technical knowledge related to financial services, fintech. Experience in building/maintaining loan origination/ management system, core banking systems will be added advantage
Knowledge of and product development methodologies
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and visual presentation
Experience in credit, credit-assessment, Income tax, GST or in BFSI
