Position: Personal Assistant
Location: Abu Dhabi
Job Description:
· Manage and coordinate the General Manager’s schedule, meetings, travel, and appointments.
· Handle confidential emails, correspondence, reports, and documentation.
· Organize and maintain project files, drawings, and technical documents.
· Review and assist in the preparation of engineering and construction reports.
· Draft meeting agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
· Coordinate with project teams, and department heads for updates and reporting.
· Assist in preparing tender documents, client submissions, and technical presentations.
· Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for the General Manager.
· Communicate professionally with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on behalf of the GM.
· Provide administrative support in project monitoring, document control, and technical coordination.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
· Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or Document Controller preferably in project management consultancy, engineering consultancy, or construction.
· Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
· Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
· Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
