Location: DAFZA, Dubai & Abu Dhabi Airport
Job Requirements:
· Must be a Chinese speaker
· bachelor’s degree or above (diploma holders with relevant experience may also be considered);
· At least one year of living or working experience in the UAE or the Middle East;
· No criminal record; responsible, honest, trustworthy, communicative, and helpful;
· Strong learning and adaptability skills; capable of data collection and analysis; able to communicate in English in business contexts; proficient in office software;
· Good logical and analytical abilities; capable of independently handling and resolving common job-related issues;
· Experience in civil aviation or possession of a UAE driver’s license is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist passengers with check-in, transfers, and irregular baggage issues;
· Handle flight reception and related documentation;
· Ensure support for irregular flights;
· Coordinate with ground handling agencies;
· Other tasks assigned by the leadership.
