Outdoor Sales Executive Required in Dubai

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our growing team, specializing in hotel cleaning machines and operating supplies. You will be responsible for driving B2B & B2C sales in the hospitality & service sector, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence across the UAE.

Responsibilities

Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within hospitality industry, FMCG groups and facility management companies.
Present, promote, and sell a range of industrial cleaning machines (Vacuum, scrubbers, sweepers, steam cleaners, etc.) and operating supplies (cleaning tools).
Conduct daily outdoor client visits and product demonstrations.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with the purchasing decision-makers, purchase managers, housekeeping and hotel managers.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and provide feedback to management.
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and client records.

Qualifications

MUST have minimum 2 years previous sales experience in the UAE.
MUST hold a valid UAE driving license.
Proven track record in outdoor sales, ideally within the hospitality, facility services management and HORECA sector.
Knowledge of cleaning equipment and hotel operational supplies is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Fluency in English is essential; additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, or Tagalog are a plus.
