We are looking for a confident, ambitious, and highly professional Sales Executive Intern to join our international sales team at a premium personal training company based in Dubai.

This is a commission-based internship with a clear opportunity to progress into a full-time Sales Executive position based on performance.

You will work with real leads, conduct sales calls, follow up with prospects, manage leads through our CRM, and learn how to sell premium personal training programs to high-value clients.

What You'll Do
Contact and qualify incoming leads.
Conduct professional sales calls and consultations.
Understand client goals and identify their needs.
Present our premium personal training programs.
Handle objections and close sales.
Follow up with prospects through phone and WhatsApp.
Maintain accurate lead records in our CRM.
Work toward weekly and monthly sales targets.
Who We're Looking For
We are particularly interested in candidates from the UK, Europe, USA, and Canada, or candidates with an equivalent level of native/fluent English communication and a Western professional communication style.

The ideal candidate is:

Highly fluent and confident in English.
Comfortable speaking with international clients.

Comfortable making sales calls.
Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
Able to work independently in a remote environment.
Previous sales, business development, hospitality, fitness, or customer service experience is a plus.
