Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a high-performing operations team
• Prepare and analyze detailed Excel-based performance and sales reports
• Coordinate with teams to ensure operational efficiency
• Ensure targets and KPIs are met
• Problem-solve and proactively improve workflows
Requirements:
• Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken & written)
• Excellent Excel skills (reporting & analysis)
• Proven experience in team handling and leadership
