Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for a Truck Driver based in the United Arab Emirates. The Truck Driver will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of goods, ensuring adherence to delivery schedules. Day-to-day tasks include vehicle inspection, loading and unloading cargo, maintaining delivery logs, and compliance with local traffic rules and safety regulations.

Qualifications

Proven experience with driving commercial trucks and a valid heavy vehicle driver's license
Skills in vehicle inspection, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting vehicle issues
Proficiency in cargo loading, securing, and unloading techniques
Strong understanding of road safety, traffic laws, and navigation
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with teams and clients
Ability to manage delivery schedules and maintain accurate records
Physically fit and capable of handling heavy loads
Experience working in the GCC region is an advantage
