We are currently #hiring for #logistic coordinator for our Chemical division, #AbuDhabi
Job Responsibilities:
Desired candidate has to coordinate with sales team and has to arrange delivery on time. Coordinate with suppliers and clients regarding material readiness, loading/unloading under his supervision and make sure delivery reached to the customer on time. Also must have knowledge of toll, salik etc. charges for each UAE road.
• Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another ,Arrange transportation, orchestrate deliveries to meet deadlines with no delay ,Receives products and coordinates delivery ,Prepares loads for shipment ,Takes steps to avoid quality control issues, coordinate with warehouse and note stock levels ,Manages activities throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met.
• Streamlines shipping and transportation processes, Duties is not limited to this as and when needed he has to help in all department
Qualifications: Must have UAE driving License (Non-negotiable)
Languages known -Hindi, English, Must have knowledge of UAE roads and directions. Experience: Minimum 2 yrs. of experience in Logistics coordination. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Business Analytics (preferred) experience in customer service or logistics management ,Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes ,Computer-savvy , Keen on working in a fast-paced environment·
