Leasing Manager Required in Dubai

Looking for female leasing manager for Commercial and Industrial properties.

Key Roles :-

Leasing, property management, sales or real estate function in a highly dynamic organization.

Strong negotiations skills.
Manage marketing of all properties.
Excellent communication and closing skills.

Strong understanding of property management concepts and issues.

Manage on-site staff, and vendor and contractor relationships.

Prepare and maintain all records, correspondence, and files.

Develop the Leasing & Marketing strategy, in coordination with the CEO, ensuring alignment to the objectives and strategies of the organization.

Perform assignments related to Leasing department. business requested by management.

Good sense of advertising and marketing strategies.

Requirements :-

Experience in Real Estate is a plus.
Driving License and Own Car is a plus.
Enthusiastic, good communication and interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
Fluent in English, other known languages is a plus.
All nationalities are welcome.
Must be available for immediate joining.
