Junior Accountant Required in Dubai
Minimalist is much more than "just" an eCommerce store specializing in the design and manufacturing of bespoke watches and jewelry. Since our inception in 2014, we have grown to be a community of design enthusiasts of several hundred thousand people - and we're looking to grow the team that makes this possible further.

We are currently looking for a Junior Accountant to join us.

Duties:

Book and record financial transactions (receivables & payables)
Maintain ledgers, update financial statements, and prepare financial reports as requested
Support the monthly preparation and release of payroll; calculate and release end of service
Prepare and support the annual audit of the company’s financials
Handle petty cash

Responsibilities:

At least 1, ideally 2+ years of experience in accounting, ideally in a startup or eCommerce company;
Experienced with GCC VAT regulations;
Experience with QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online;
A relevant bachelor’s degree;
Further accounting certification (CPA, ACCA, etc.) a plus;
Outstanding communication skills (verbal & written) in English.
