Position Specifications/Requirements

Education:

C.A/ACCA – Part Qualified or bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting.
Duties

· Maintaining accounts books by preparing Cash, bank, General Journal, Intercompany vouchers etc. and posting in AX (The accounting system)
· Maintain petty cash as per the policy.
· Maintain & securely store petty cash bills/invoices/vouchers both in physical and electronic form.
· Processing of payments and tracking with bank for successful transfer
· Communication with the bank
· Preparing month end bank reconciliation
· Tracking of customer, vendor ledger and month end reconciliation
· Keep tracking of programming content and amortization.
· Reconciliation of Digital/ Darya revenue
· Project wise Profit and loss reports and variances
· Preparation of Monthly PL of different business units and analysis
· Assist on year end audit and Group Consolidation
· Ensure timely submission of quarterly VAT returns.
· Ensure timely submission of yearly ESR returns.

· Assist in corporate tax returns etc.
· Prior knowledge of using Microsoft AX Dynamics is a must
· Any other tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
