Job Title: Junior Accountant

Job Responsibilities:

Record and classify financial transactions accurately and efficiently using QuickBooks.
Maintain and update general ledger accounts.
Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts regularly.
Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
Handle vendor and client inquiries related to billing and payments.
Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and support decision-making processes.
Work closely with team members to streamline financial processes.
Collaborate with HR to process payroll accurately.

Experience: 2 to 3 yrs.
