We are currently seeking a mature Human Resources Manager to be based in our Abu Dhabi office to support the regional business by delivering high-quality Human Resources services. The ideal candidate should be well experienced in Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment and Hiring, Performance/Employee Evaluation, Training, and Staff Development.

Responsibilities include:

Driving the company’s Human Resources strategies and
Development and management of Human Resources policies and procedures in addition to providing guidance and support to all levels of employees.
Management and analysis of employee medical and life insurance renewal scheme;
Recruitment of quality internal staff, including professional selection and assessment
Implementation of the Annual Performance Review Program
Continuous process and system improvement to ensure a high level of efficiency and quality of Human Resources process and procedures;

Requirements:

Minimum 12 years experience in the Human Resources field, with a minimum of 8 years spent in an HR Manager role
Minimum 8 years experience in the Middle East market
Good knowledge of local employment legislation
Relevant tertiary qualifications;
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized individual with strong time management skills and personal efficiency.
Demonstrated expertise in fully utilizing Excel, Word, and other Microsoft products to secure quality outcomes and minimize unproductive work
