Human Resources Executive Required in Dubai

We are looking forward to hiring a smart and dynamic individual to join our Human Resources Team as an HR Executive.

You will also be responsible for handling areas such as

The maintenance of HR records, staying up-to-date with the Labor Law, and coordinating with the various departments of the company.
Design, implement and support various HR programs/interventions/HR Processes for the unit.
Drive Local compliance, adherence to Labour Law, Audits, manage employee relations (compliance with respect to various government portals )
Responsibilities Administer compensation and benefit plans Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
Undertake tasks around performance management Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
Proven experience as an HR Generalist Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
Good knowledge of employment/labor laws Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. PeopleSoft) will be a plus Excellent communication and people skills Aptitude in problem-solving Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach.
Requirements

• Masters in Human Resource Management

• At least 5+ years of UAE experience in managing human resource functions of the company

• Good planning and organizing skills

• Strong decision making and problem-solving abilities

• Should have strong knowledge of the UAE labor laws

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
