Human Resources Manager Required in Dubai

HR manager will oversee all personnel/operation related matters and ensure we use our resources appropriately.

HR Operations responsibilities include designing budgets, applying company policies and managing internal HR systems. To be successful in this role, you should have extensive HR experience in senior roles and good knowledge of Human Resources Management.

Ultimately, you will ensure our HR department operates efficiently and aligns with our business objectives.

Job Objectives:

Leading HR projects like compensation plans revisions
Implementing functional HRMS and internal databases across all departments and locations
Overseeing our payroll and performance evaluation systems
Required:

Work experience as a Head of HR Operations, HR Manager or similar role
Experience with Human Resources Information Systems including payroll tools
Good knowledge of labor legislation
Leadership abilities
BSc in Human Resources Management or similar field
Demonstrated professional HR experience
Proven track record in developing and delivering a people strategy
Up to date knowledge of employment law and modern HR practices
Excellent communication and relationship building skills at all levels
Ability to think and plan operationally and strategically
Communicate sensitively and effectively both verbally and in writing with a wide range of people
Leadership skills and ability to empower, motivate and to create a positive, inclusive team.
Financial and budgetary management with the ability to understand, manage and interpret budgetary and other financial information.
Personal resilience and an ability to cope with ambiguity, uncertainty, pressure from others.
Demonstrated knowledge and application of the computer and computer software, especially Microsoft Office and the Internet.
Ability to travel on an ad hoc basis
Nice to have:

- MSc in Human Resources Management is a plus
