Human Resources Manager Required in Dubai

Assisting with HR tasks including but not limited to new visas acquisition, visa renewals, visa cancellations, TECOM ID cards, insurance with TECOM, AXS, Bayzat;
Assisting in recruitment of new joiners/departure of employees leaving the company;
General office management including office maintenance, purchases and liaising with the landlord and landlord’s maintenance team;
Contacting and working closely with suppliers as and when needed including Du, DEWA, Etisalat etc;
Performing quality control checks on campaigns including but not limited to the campaign completion checks, transferring data to HubSpot etc.;
Monitoring employees attendance and daily working hours;
Looking after company licenses and supporting with the renewal;
Maintaining the internal company platforms for Brand Ripplr and BuzzBee;
Managing the responses to the company’s support emails and calls;
Supporting with the establishment of Brand Ripplr’s office in KSA and obtaining the required licenses etc;
Working closely with the EA to oversee the deliveries which would include assisting in addresses collection, preparing courier forms, product acquisition, packing and deliveries tracking;
Monitoring influencer campaigns on social media accounts including but not limited to Snapchat and Instagram;
Performing BuzzBee platform demos to the clients;
Maintenance of department databases;
Production of presentations, reports and other material required;
Working closely with the CEO, COO, EA and Finance team.

Requirements:

4 years’ minimum experience in administration
Strong attention to detail
Reliable and consistent in meeting deadlines
Excellent organisation and communication skills
Excellent in multi-tasking
Ability to prioritise
Able to work with MacOS system
Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Basic mathematical knowledge
Advance understanding of performance and client reporting
Proactive and positive attitude
Team player
Ability to work independently
Ability to handle confidential information
Excellent spoken and written English is required
Basic understanding of influencer marketing social media platforms ie Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter etc
