Assistant HR and Training Manager Required in Dubai

We are seeking to recruit a suitable candidate for the Assistant HR & Training manager at our hotel, Copthorne Lakeview Green Community, Dubai to be responsible for all training activities as per company standards, and assist HR Manager in supervising HR department.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Create and Maintain Relationships with Government agencies – the associate is expected to present oneself in his highest integrity thereby projecting a trusting relationship with clients

· Exceeding Associates Expectations - Providing services that are above and beyond for associate satisfaction

· Demonstrating Knowledge - Demonstrating knowledge of job through proper application of operational procedures set by the local standards

· Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work - Developing specific individual goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work as instructed by the Human Resources Manager

· Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships - Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with other departments and associates

· Communicating Information Timely - Informing and/or updating the immediate supervisor and peers of relevant information in a timely manner concerning work, guests and associates

· Associate Relations: Administering policies and procedures to ensure associates are treated fairly and equitably. Supports and embeds a culture that embraces the brand service strategy and supports the present day business environment.

· Human Resources Department: Creating and sustaining a work environment that embraces the brand’s culture and focuses on fair and equitable treatment and associate satisfaction to enable business results.

Specific Requirements:

· Previous Training experience to include Training assessment, delivery, customizing, and managing is a must

· HR Knowledge and past experience is preferable

· Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)

· Excellent Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

· Excellent typing speed and accuracy of spelling and grammar, layout and content formation essential.

· Highly organized and efficient approach required

· Ability to manage varying needs and prioritizing to ensure best business results
