The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, new hire orientation and onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition.

Responsibilities include:

Talent Acquisition

Work with the top management team to gather resource requirements, and deliver on the quarterly recruitment plan
Manage the entire recruitment process from creation of job descriptions, interview scheduling to finding the right team member
Build and manage a best-in-class process for screening and testing candidates to find the perfect job and cultural fit for the company
Coordinate visa processing, onboarding and training process

Training

Identify inspirations and training needs for team members company wide
Work with external and internal trainers to build a calendar
Coordinate training sessions, collect feedback, and constantly improve the program

Culture

Culture is at the core of performance and what makes us unique
Discover what makes the company and teams tick
Envision and action programs and events to bring cultural cohesion

Performance

Collate, organize and improve the performance evaluation methodology from different teams
Coordinate the performance appraisal for the company
Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources handling recruitment, delivering trainings, policy formulations
Excellent English communication skills both written and spoken
Professional HR Qualifications an advantage
Familiarity with business software , Microsoft Office , reports
