Human Resources Consultant Required in Dubai

HR Consultant is required for leading crypto, fintech and blockchain business based in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities:

Deliver and support HR-related content in the form of employee tools, training and support as required for the evolving needs of the rapidly growing business in Fintech.
Support the HR team in identifying, implementing, maintaining, and communicating benefit schemes/services that are current, competitive and in compliance with local legislation.
Ensure all benefit schemes/services are administered correctly, and all required records are maintained.
Prepare and maintain compliant personnel files for audit reviews and record keeping.
Support the administration of HRIS (BambooHR) and all employee life cycle matters relating to HR, ensuring these are timely and accurate and in adherence to company procedures.
Act as the main point of contact for employee questions. Escalate issue/questions to HR Manager when needed.
Provide timely advice and support to managers on medium-high risk/complexity ER issues such as: disciplinaries, grievances, appeals, medium to long term absence (up to and including capability dismissals), performance management, whistle-blowing claims, complaints, Employment Tribunals and small claims. Maintain accurate and up to date records of all actions and documentation relating to cases being managed through to conclusion. Including being present in some meetings and taking notes.
Proactively manage benefit providers and brokers. Support benefit programmes development and pricing analysis, ensuring schemes/services meet the organisation and employees’ needs.

Requirements:

5+ years or more as an HR officer or coordinator experience.
Educated to Degree-level or equivalent
In-depth knowledge of Employment Law and its application in the workplace.
Experience in fast-paced environments & start-up experience is essential.
Experience managing large-scale global employee benefit or pension administration programs, associated vendor management, and program development and delivery.
Strong administration skills, able to complete high volumes of tasks with accuracy and confidence.

Directly reporting to the Head of HR and working alongside the Senior HR Consultant.
