The ideal candidate will have experience in HR or employee recruitment, with a thorough understanding of HR policies and procedures. The bulk of the role will involve employee orientations, benefits administration, compensation, rewards, and conflict resolution, and there is great opportunity for developing and refining systems. Ultimately, you will ensure our HR department operates efficiently and aligns with our business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring candidates for open positions
Responsible for managing end to end employee life cycle for the organization. On-boarding/ Induction, Employee Engagement, Employee relations /communications, Performance Management, HR Policies & Processes, Employee Satisfaction Survey, Rewards & Recognition, Culture, Diversity & Inclusion
Planning and conducting new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objective
Providing current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits
Designing and implementing benefits, compliance related policies and working with the senior leadership teams to ensure its alignment with business need
Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems
Initiating performance appraisal by introducing Key Result Areas and Key Performance Indicators for all the positions
Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions and helping resolve work-related problems
Lead and implement HR Automation initiatives and building HR tools to enhance process efficiencies and internal databases across all departments and locations.
Managing smooth Exit process in terms of completion of the full and final settlements for employees
Leading HR projects like compensation plans revisions
Overseeing our payroll and performance evaluation systems
Driving employee experience like timely issuance of accurate appointment letters, offer letters, relieving letters, timely closure of any queries with regards to leaves, Insurance, compensation, HR policies, etc.
Track and Maintain key HR Metrics and HR Reporting
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required, Post graduate preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and recruitment who is responsible for full employee life cycle management
Work experience in HR Operations or similar role
Good experience and strong understanding of HR processes
Experience posting job ads on various job sites
Experience with Human Resources Information Systems including payroll tools is a plus
Experience in designing compensation and benefits programs
Good knowledge of labour legislation
Leadership abilities
