Human Resources Manager Required in Dubai

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Must Have 3 years Professional Experience in HR,-UAE

Responsibilities :

Must have the knowledge of HR policies, laws, and rules and regulations of UAE labour laws.
Should know proper HR Responsibilities.
Should be able to manage the employees in a proper way.
Fluent Hindi & English is must
Should be able to manage employee records
Updating databases internally, such as leaves, absentees, Etc
Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides
Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance
Reporting regularly on HR metrics on employee performance
Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries
Agressive acquisition of new employees,
Manage training and development initiatives
Keep track of employee performance
Manage and improve communication
Manage organizational and company culture
Create a safe and inclusive work environment
Oversee and manage benefits and compensation
Handle conflicts, disciplinary actions, and terminations
Trainig & Induction of new hires,
Conduct performance management and provide feedback
Manage Payroll and benefits for employees

Real estate experience will be considered as an additional advantage.

Qualifications

Post Graduation degree or relevant experience
3+ years' experience in Human Resources
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
Attention to detail and good judgement

Salary Range : AED 4000 - 6000 Monthly
