Human Resources Executive Required in Dubai

Position Objective:

Support the HR Business Partner with all human capital management matters. A key support role to the HR Business Partner for HR in all administrative and operational matters, as well as the development of strategies and budgets.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

· Post Graduate or Graduate preferably with specialization in Human Resources Management.

· 3-4 years of HR experience of which at least 1-2 years should be in Retail Industry

· Knowledge of HR processes/policies

· Working Knowledge of Performance Management

· Working knowledge of Learning and Development systems and Training tools

· Knowledge of Local Labour Laws

· Knowledge of various communication vehicles and its application

· Should be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

· Teamwork & collaboration

· Communication & Networking skills

· Planning and Organising skill

Key Responsibilities:

Induction and On Boarding

Design and roll out an Induction Program for Home Centre new joiners
Responsible for managing the Induction Program and ensuring seamless induction and on boarding for new hires
Responsible for evaluating and monitoring program effectiveness and making necessary changes to the program

Performance Management

Facilitate the performance management process by driving objective administration of KPI setting, Mid-Year and Annual appraisal process for successful conclusion
Review and prepare reports for further analysis and decisions in training & performance management
Facilitate the PIP process for bottom performers

Talent Management and Employee Relations

Manage the Employee Separation process, thereby ensuring smooth exit of employees from the organization. This includes administration of activities such as conducting the Exit Interview, ensuring payment of Final Settlement and all Visa related formalities
Responsible for managing and ensuring smooth transition of Employee transfers by coordinating with relevant departments and ensuring related visa formalities within appropriate time frame
Prepare Attrition analysis reports and provide inputs to HR Head on Talent Acquisition and Employee Retention strategy
Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and handle all related queries
Work with HR Business Partner to design and roll out Employee Reward and Recognition Programmes such as Employee of the month, Long Service Award etc. for the Concept
Partner with L&D to drive developmental initiatives such as 360 Degree feedback, Assessment Centres
Responsible for driving learning and development through execution of development plans and In house/external training programs in collaboration with the Concept Training team.

HR Communication

Responsible for Organization announcements for new joiners
Responsible for driving company-wide HR Communication with all stakeholders.
