UAE NATIONAL ROLE - Fresh Graduate Opportunity

Zayed National Museum, the national museum of the UAE, will narrate the rich history of the land and the region and tell the story of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, his unification of the United Arab Emirates and the UAE’s long-standing cultural connections across the world.

Designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Lord Norman Foster, the museum was founded in the spirit of Sheikh Zayed’s work and strongly held values, which encompassed a passionate belief in education, conservation, environment, sustainability, heritage, and culture all underpinned by his humanitarianism and strong faith.

Zayed National Museum will hold in trust a collection of art and artefacts from the ancient and living cultures of the UAE, Arabia, and the broader Middle East. It will also be the primary institution in the UAE to display material related to the life and achievements of the late Sheikh Zayed.

A centre of learning and discussion, the museum will actively research the UAE’s history and culture through archaeological fieldwork, archive research and the gathering of oral histories.

Job Purpose

The role of the HR Administration Specialist is to provide administrative support across all functional units of the HR Section. be the first point of contact for staff and provide advice and guidance on all aspects of human resources; ensure staff records are up to date and accurate with information passed on to relevant people, as required; and accurately record and report on human resources data.

Responsibilities

Pre-Opening

· Support the Emiratization and Recruitment Manager to manage the recruitment, selection and on-boarding process.

· Support the HR Operations team to create employee records in the HRMS.

Ongoing

· Support the communication of HR policies and procedures to employees and managers.

· Produce required HR reports in an accurate and timely manner and continuously find improved ways of reporting trends, actuals and forecasts.

· Organize and maintain employees records and databases.

· Support the recruitment and professional development teams in the preparation of a wide range of documents including employment contracts, new hire guides, presentations, training material, certificates, etc.

· Processing internal arrangements such as travel, training sessions, and team-building events.

· Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates).

· Answer employees queries about HR-related issues.

· Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules).

· Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event).

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Required Experience

Minimum of 1 years of experience
At least Working in a fast-paced environment with high levels of recruitment.
Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
Knowledge of UAE employment law.
Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.
