The ideal candidate will have experience in all functions of HR. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong communication skills and possess good presentation skills.

Role - Performance Management Consultant /Project Manager

Responsibilities

Handling Performance Management projects in different industries NBFC, Retail, Trading, Manufacturing, IT, Service Industry etc.
Process Improvement and Transformation.
Analyzing the current HR mechanism and identifying the GAP.
Develop Organization Structure, JD, KRA, KPI's and implementation.
Implementation of SOPs, HR policies, Performance Matrix, etc.

Qualifications

Master's degree 6+ years in Human Resources/Business Consulting/ Management Consulting/Sales.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Strong convincing skills and problem solving skills.
Experience in Core HR/HR operations/Consulting/Business Development/Sales are preferred.
Preferring UAE experience in HR or Consulting or Sales.
