HR Manager Required in Dubai

Job Purpose: Support in managing the Group Rewards and benefits strategy, ensuring optimal organization structure design and changes in line with strategic objectives of the organization

Responsibilities

1.Manage the rollout and implementation of the total rewards strategy and provide inputs and insights in line with the overall e& Group HR strategy to achieve the organization objectives

2.Support in designing Long Term Incentives (LTI) for the executive grade to further align their efforts with the corporate strategy and to retain critical talent

3.Assist in conducting benchmarking the current pay practices & pay positioning vis-à-vis market and manage optimum pay-mix for all grades in the organization, in accordance with DoA

4.Support in the implementation of short-term incentives, allowances and benefits

5.Aid in the development of a customized compensation & benefits report and assist in the preparation of Compensation & Benefits budget to help monitor financial performance versus the budget

6.Assist in the benchmarking of compensation and benefits with the MENA market, as well as specific target organizations like telecom operators

7.Support the Lead in preparing the workforce budget in coordination with Organization & Manpower unit & Finance department

8.Assist in conducting and managing job evaluation for all unique roles based on a standard approach & assist in conducting job re-evaluation when organizational structure changes take place

9.Aid in ensuring strict adherence to UAE Labour laws with respect to Reward

10.Support in managing efficiency and cost reduction by regularly optimizing organizational structures to achieve and fulfil strategic aspiration of the organization

11.Update job descriptions to accurately reflect the scope of the role as per the operating model and organization structure

12.Assist in the development & implementation of operational policies, procedures & controls covering Organizational Design

13.Support in managing the HR policy, process and manual monitoring and compliance

Requirements: 5+ years experience leading in an HR Rewards/ OD department with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or other related fields
