We are looking for a HR Director. The ideal candidate will act as an employee champion and a leader of change. You will plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization's human resource function and performance.
Responsibilities
Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organizations human resource compliance, cultural, and strategy needs.
Establishes and administers human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; company culture, productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
Monitors and ensures the organizations compliance with employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to the Leadership Team.
Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources or management
5+ Years of Human Resources related experience, including an understanding of building a Human Resources Department from the ground up, and/or startup experience.
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
Ability to adapt and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work of corporate and business unit line experience preferred
