A leading tech firm in Abu Dhabi is looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner who can adjust to an ever growing and dynamic environment. This individual will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. They should have a good understanding of business functions, improve HR initiatives, enhance staff morale, enhance relations between staff and employers and contribute to attaining business goals

Responsibilities

Ensure a deep understanding of business strategy and implement high-quality HR practices within the team
Consult with line management and provide HR guidance when appropriate, incl. staffing, talent development, performance management, employee relations, etc.
Focus on building strategies for talent development.
Set standards for ethics, values and culture of company
Be the ambassador of organizational culture.
Drive employee engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree. 5 -7 years of experience in HR or related field, employee relations/engagement
HR experience in Tech, gaming or entertainment
Strong command of the English language, speaking in Arabic is a plus.
Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
Be self-motivated, diligent and responsive, resilient and can adapt to changes quickly.
