We are seeking a detail-oriented People Experience Coordinator to support employee experience operations across a distributed team. This role focuses on logistics coordination, vendor management, and ensuring internal initiatives are executed smoothly and consistently.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate employee gifting initiatives, including onboarding packages, milestone recognition, and team engagement items
Manage vendors, purchase orders, shipping logistics, and delivery timelines across multiple regions
Track budgets, inventory, and shipment status with strong attention to accuracy
Maintain organized documentation of orders, vendors, and processes
Support predefined employee experience programs as assigned
Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth execution
Identify and proactively flag operational issues or delays
Required Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage logistics and repetitive workflows with consistency
Clear, professional written communication skills
Comfort working across time zones and coordinating international shipments
Reliable, structured, and execution-focused work style
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in operations, coordination, administrative support, or employee experience roles
