Human Resources and Office Manager Required in Dubai

We are an international company located at Dubai FreeZone (DAFZ). We are looking for an HR and Office Manager to perform below tasks:

HR Responsibilities:

· Recruitment and Hiring, including onboarding.

· Training and Development for all employees.

· Employer-Employee Relations.

· Maintain Company Culture and organize internal and external events.

· Manage Employee Benefits, including Medical Insurance.

· Create a Safe Work Environment.

· Handle Disciplinary Actions.

· Creating policies to ensure best performance of all employees

· Full coordination with Regional HR

· All other duties as directed from your supervisor

Office Management Responsibilities:

· Handle all paper work related to: Visas, EIDs, Medical Insurance, Renewing Company documents in UAE and in Qatar (remotely) including CR, Chamber of Commerce documents and handling any other paper work to ensure successful operation of the company.

· Work as a trusted MD Assistant (PA)

· Organize the office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures

· Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner

· Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information

· Schedule and plan meetings and appointments

· Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages

· Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues

· Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies

· Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues

· Perform receptionist duties when needed

· All other duties as directed from your supervisor

Ideal Candidate:

Proven track of successful experience in HR and Office Management
Degree in HR
Minimum 3-5 years of experience IN DUBAI IN SIMILAR POSITION
Have a car
Lives in Dubai
Dynamic, self starter and motivated
Excellent English Skills
