BASIC PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

To develop an HR Strategy based on identified improvement areas as an outcome of diagnostics and HR process reviews and implementing HR transformation projects that drive organizational success. Lead the setup of an HR Analytics function and participate in organizational “special projects” where necessary by providing HR expertise.

As a part of this challenging role you will specifically be responsible for:

HR Strategy & Excellence

Participate in the identification of opportunities for performance improvement through undertaking internal diagnosis, and process/system reviews to understand barriers and possible solutions​ to ensure the development of a comprehensive HR strategy that is aligned to the organization’s strategy.
Develop and implement the HR function strategy by providing relevant input and by translating it into plans and actions.
Develop and manage initiatives that foster a high-performance culture, valuing learning, continuous improvement, and diversity, and outline their corresponding parameters to ensure effective preparation for their implementation.
Manage the development and implementation of HR function’s performance metrics and dashboards by supporting the process of setting KPIs to monitor and track performance and ensure performance targets and results are aligned with business goals.
HR Analytics, Insights & Storyboarding

Establish and lead the implementation of HR analytics practices based on robust data management, data governance, and smart analytics that support high-quality decision making
Spearhead innovative analyses to drive business decisions and measure the success of HR programs and initiatives
Continuously report on performance by utilizing business intelligence and other decision support tools
Point of contact and subject matter expert for ad hoc people data and analytics requests
Utilise data and trends to develop meaningful insights that are translated into a compelling story that is easily understand by senior stakeholders to enable decision making

The Successful Candidate will possess:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, Statistics, or any other related field.
Knowledge of PowerBI and Tableau
8-10 years of relevant experience in Human Resources Management with a focus on HR Strategy, HR Transformation. HR Consulting experience is preferred.
5 years of relevant experience in HR Analytics
