HR Business Partner Required in Dubai
The HR Business Partner is responsible for leading and managing operational HR as well as providing professional strategic and tactical services that are aligned with the Regional and Global HR Strategy.
The HRBP will use insight and expertise to advise, influence and execute both the business and people objectives including identifying and executing strategic initiatives that will enable business performance i.e. talent management, policy, engagement and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
To partner with HR colleagues and key stakeholders and leaders to deliver an HR service in line with the needs and priorities of the business.
Talent management: Manage year-round talent management processes including performance and evaluation, development and succession plans.
HR Index management: Monitor key HR indicators, identify areas of opportunity, and facilitate the development of related action plans.
Change management: Establish change management plans for organizational changes and support business changes.
Communication: Develop and drive the communication process to support organization changes.
Organization management: Coach employees and managers on organizational practices, processes, policies, procedures, competencies and values.
Employee support: Manage employee relations issues e.g. disciplinary, performance concerns and grievances.
Experience:
University degree, CIPD qualified/Masters in HR (preferred)
7 years’+ HR experience, including several years at HR Manager /Business Partner level within a matrixed environment working closely with business stakeholders.
Proven success in design and execution of HR strategy in line with business plan priorities.
Experience in project and change management.
Experience working with HR Information Systems (Workday advantage).
Previous team management preferred.
Experience in identifying and analysing HR and business data to recommend HR initiatives that will drive business objectives.
Managing employment relations cases to provide a pragmatic solution for both the employee and business
Competency with HR KPI implementation and tracking.
