Head of Sales Required in Dubai
We are looking to hire confident, enthusiastic, proactive, and assertive Head of sales to handle a team of sales managers and their teams, achieve sales targets on a consistent basis. The one who has the ability to guide and direct multiple teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Planning monthly sales targets and executing them in the given time frame.
Handling Sales activities with a focus on achieving predefined sales targets.
Assist the Sales managers in leading, directing and motivating the team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
Business development to identify new investors and clients.
Prospecting potential clients, analysing market trends, intermediate negotiation processes ensuring a fair and honest deal.
Develop new business opportunities in various geographies with research, prospecting to get leads to achieve the sales target.
Presentation to customers on our projects.
Managing activities pertaining to negotiating / finalization of deals.
Handling client objections, concerns, and queries effortlessly.
Be very knowledgeable of the market and all new projects.
Lead & supervise real estate sales team, perform administrative duties and stay informed about the latest changes in the real estate industry.
Set weekly, monthly and yearly monetary goals for the agents to achieve and conducted sales meeting
Plan, design and conduct appropriate marketing and selling strategies for individual properties within budgetary limit.

Requirements:

Proven sales and managerial experience are mandatory.
Well-presented and a good work ethics.
Has excellent problem-solving skills.
Demonstrates strong customer service skills.
Possesses excellent organizational skills.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills especially email communication.
Working knowledge of computer, such as MS Office.
Experience in UAE Real Estate is a must.
Must have minimum 7 years of experience as Manager/ Director or Head of sales in Real Estate
Minimum a Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
