Position Name – Sales Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Dubai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the overall sales performance of the company, developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue targets, establishing and maintaining excellent customer relationships, and identifying business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.

Qualifications

10 – 15 Years of UAE Experience.
Minimum 5- 8 Years of Experience in Sales of Construction, Agricultural Equipment, or similar equipment.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
Developing new customers in the assigned region and execution of customer coverage plan for self and team.
Maximize the organization’s business by cross-selling products of other divisions and acquiring good product knowledge and should be able to recommend/persuade suitable products to customers.
Using technical skills to demonstrate to customers the usefulness of the product or service and how it may suit the customer better than competing products.
Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing to terms and conditions with consent from the HOD.
Offering after-sales support in terms of communication and escalation, if required
Solving or escalating customer issues promptly and effectively.
A UAE Driving License is a Must
