Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Abu Dhabi for a Sales Agent at Kings Secure Properties. The Sales Agent will be responsible for nurturing leads, consulting clients on the various properties available, and assisting with the sales process. The Sales Agent will also work collaboratively with other agents to achieve sales objectives and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated expertise in sales and negotiation
Ability to build strong relationships and networks
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Customer-focused attitude with exceptional problem-solving skills
Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market and regulations
Fluency in English, with the ability to speak multiple languages being an advantage
Intermediate computer literacy skills: including spreadsheets, word processing programs, email and search engines
Bachelor's degree or higher in business, marketing or a related field
Previous experience in real estate sales is highly desirable
