We, MVP Appliances LLC, are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for visual storytelling and the ability to create compelling designs across print, digital, and video platforms. This role will support branding, marketing campaigns, and product promotions, contributing to the company's growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Graphic Design & Content Creation

Design marketing collateral, including brochures, catalogues, social media posts, presentations, email templates, posters, and infographics.
Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials.
Develop creative concepts in coordination with the marketing and sales teams.
Create promotional content for digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google.
2. Photo & Video Production

Capture and/or edit product photos, event coverage, and promotional videos.
Set up lighting, audio, and video equipment as needed for in-house shoots.
Produce engaging video content tailored for social media and marketing use.
3. Video Editing & Motion Graphics

Edit short-form videos and create 2D motion graphics for product highlights, holiday greetings, and digital ads.
4. Digital & E-commerce Support

Create web banners and visual assets to support the e-commerce and website team.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or retail setting
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom)
Experience with Creatopy or similar design platforms is a plus
Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility in design and multimedia work
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of photography and video production
