About the Role:

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer with proven expertise in social media design for a Freelance contract. This freelance role requires someone who can create visually compelling, culturally relevant, and on-brand content that resonates with diverse audiences in both English and Arabic.
Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and design engaging social media content (static, animated, and short-form video) tailored for multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.).
Develop creative campaigns that align with brand identity and marketing objectives.
Adapt global creative concepts to regional markets, ensuring cultural and linguistic relevance in both English and Arabic.
Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and design innovations.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and strategy teams to ensure designs deliver strong impact and engagement.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.
Requirements:

5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing social media work.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign)
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Experience in creating motion graphics and short-form video content for social media.
Bilingual fluency in English and Arabic (written and visual communication).
Ability to interpret brand guidelines while bringing fresh creative ideas.
Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to work independently.
Nice-to-Haves:

Experience with paid media ad creatives.
Knowledge of regional cultural nuances in Governmental sector
