JOB DETAILS: PROJECT SITE FOREMAN

We are looking for a competent & experienced Technical Construction Foreman to coordinate operations and oversee workers at work sites.

As a Construction Foreman, your main responsibility will be to manage and coordinate projects at worksite to ensure the completion of projects in an appropriate & efficient manner.

Construction Foreman duties and responsibilities

• Coordinating construction work according to priorities and plans
• Making & maintaining a team of Carpenter, Painter, Helpers and Other Site Workers
• Allocating general and daily responsibilities and resolve problems when they arise

• Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment’s and cost estimates & evaluations

• Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints
• Liaise with clients, contractors and site team to achieve productive outcomes for the project

Construction Foreman requirements

• Proven experience as construction foreman across technical services/general maintenance works
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Excellent knowledge of industry, construction operations, techniques, equipment’s, tools & materials
• Good time-management skills and Ability to multi-task
• High school/diploma or diploma in a skilled trade.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to AED 2500-3000/- per month plus Accommodation, Transportation, Visa & Insurance
Language Preferred: Excellent communication skill in Malayalam/Urdu/Hindi, English & Arabic will be advantage
