• Expert in High Rise Building, Commercial Lighting, Residential Lighting,
Malls, Hotels, Apartments and Villas.
• Capable of drawing, reading and understanding single line diagrams, lighting
layout drawings, power layout drawings, cable tray layout drawings and
implementing it as mentioned.
• Electrical load balance analysis.
• Execution of Internal and External Lighting.
• Calculation and Selection of the Cable Trays.
• Installation of Earthing System, Lightning Protection System.
• Electrical Cable sizing analysis & Cable containment calculations.
• Calculation to determine the size and type of Electrical capital plant, i.e.,
Switch gear, Transformers, Generator, Power factor Correction, LV Panels and
Cables.
• Installation of all the Low Current System Layouts- Fire Alarm System,
CCTV, SMATV, Telephone & Data, Public Address System according to
Approved drawings.
• Ensure that all accessories (Speakers, Detectors, Socket Outlets, Cameras,
Floor Boxes and Ceiling Lights, Etc.) are installed at all pre-planned and exact
locations.
• Execute installation and supervise the work in LV & ELV systems.
• To point out design faults, if any, in the provided drawings (Draw As-Built
Drawings).
• Prepare check list for all the installation, and complete the Testing and
commissioning for all the activities.
• Ensure nothing has missed out from the approved drawings.
