Job description
Tendering based on tender/project documents and identify the qualified supplier and subcontractor to get the quotes for pricing
Preparing of detailed BOM, BOQ and rate analysis based on design, drawing and site survey
Identify suitable vendors and float enquiries, prepare pre-qualified vendor database in consultation with the project team and participate in vendor selection meetings and confirm considerations with the procurement & project team
Taking off quantities
Preparing scope of works
Assist with procurement of all required materials and sub-contractors
Co-ordinate with the Client, Designer, Operation & Project team, supplier for pricing requirements
Requirements:

The candidate should have minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Interior Fit out, Joinery, Construction within UAE
The candidate should graduate of Civil Engineer, Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying
Strong market knowledge of materials, suppliers & subcontractors
Strong sense of work responsibility
Team leader and outstanding communication skill and negotiation abilities
Detailed oriented and accurate when its comes to pricing
Proactive and with sense of responsibility
Can work under fast-paced environment
Can join immediately
